Care card: clean decorative sublimation tiles gently with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive pads.

Custom order policy
Custom tiles are made to the customer-submitted design. Once production starts, changes and cancellations may not be possible.
Copyright declaration
Customers must own or have permission to use uploaded photos, logos, designs, text, and artwork. Tile Canberra Studio may refuse infringing material.
Colour variation
Screen colours, digital previews, printed transfers, and finished tiles can vary. On-screen previews are guides, not exact colour guarantees.
Shipping and tracking
Shipping details and tracking are stored with the order when dispatch is arranged.
Returns and breakage
Custom products are not normally returnable for change of mind. Damage in transit should be reported with photos so Tile Canberra Studio can assess replacement.
Care instructions
Decorative tiles should be cleaned gently. Do not assume floor, pool, shower, or exterior suitability unless Tile Canberra Studio confirms that product type.
