Care card: clean decorative sublimation tiles gently with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive pads.

Custom order policy

Custom tiles are made to the customer-submitted design. Once production starts, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

Copyright declaration

Customers must own or have permission to use uploaded photos, logos, designs, text, and artwork. Tile Canberra Studio may refuse infringing material.

Colour variation

Screen colours, preview PNGs, printed transfers, and finished tiles can vary. On-screen previews are guides, not exact colour guarantees.

Shipping and tracking

Offline placeholder for Australia Post/shipping integration. Live orders will store shipping address, method, dispatch date, and tracking number.

Returns and breakage

Custom products are not normally returnable for change of mind. Damage in transit should be reported with photos so Tile Canberra Studio can assess replacement.

Care instructions

Decorative tiles should be cleaned gently. Do not assume floor, pool, shower, or exterior suitability unless Tile Canberra Studio confirms that product type.

Legal placeholder: final terms, privacy policy, refund policy, and Australian Consumer Law wording should be reviewed before the live website launches.
